10 Daily Steps for prolonging

• Drink 2 quarts of fresh water daily
  (for soft tissue irrigation)

• Maintain a neutral sleeping posture by using pillows to bolster the extremities in order to keep spine straight.

• Practice Stretching

• Apply ice packs on painful areas
  (10 to 15 minutes each)

• Practice postural awareness during the day.

• Decrease the intake of caffeine and sugar as much as possible. (these neuro-stimulants can increase pain perception and dehydrate)

• Breath slowly, extending the exhale

• Develop a positive attitude.

• Simplify/Prioritize and take breaks.
